It was a great group of people After taking 12 tours with them, they treated us terribly. An automated message told me i had reached the maximum hold time, was being disconnected, and someone would call me within 72 hours (no one ever called me back!). The original reservation was #3910108 and changed to 3975236 when i rescheduled. The tour leader was fabulous.
